Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are sent from the websites visited by the user – including this website (hereinafter the “Site ” ) – to the user’s terminal equipment (computer or mobile device), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same websites on the user’s subsequent visits to the same websites. Cookies allow the website to remember actions or preferences of a particular user so that they should not be repeated if the user surfs again the same site.

__utma : This cookie keeps track of the number of times a visitor has been to the site pertaining to the cookie.
__utmb : takes a timestamp of the exact moment in time when a visitor enters a site.
__utmc : takes a timestamp of the exact moment in time when a visitor leaves a site
__utmt : used to throttle the request rate for the service – limiting the collection of data on high traffic sites
__utmz : keeps track of where the visitor came from, what search engine you used, what link you clicked on, what keyword you used, and where they were in the world when you accessed a website

With regard to third-party cookies, third-parties are Data Controllers of the relevant data collection and therefore the user must refer to their policy of personal data protection, information and consent forms.
In particular, the Site uses Google Analytics , which is an analysis tool from Google that helps website and app owners to understand how visitors interact with their contents. It is possible to use a set of cookies to gather information and generate usage statistics of a website without personal identification of individual visitors from Google.

Navigation data

The Site, through its systems and procedures software, acquires information that in itself is not associated with an identified user but which, through processing and association with data held by third parties, could allow the user identification.

For example, the IP address or domain name of the terminals used by the user who connects to the Site are navigation data.

These navigation data is acquired by the system to obtain anonymous statistical information on the site, to check its operations, for safety reasons and in order to ascertain any responsibility in case of computer crimes. The data is temporarily stored and periodically removed.

User data can be brought to the attention of Data Processor’s employees and collaborators (such as, administrative, commercial, legal, accounting personnel, information systems administrators, etc.) who need to learn about them for the performance of their duties and who have been appointed data processor and person tasked with processing under the Personal Data Protection Code and that receive adequate instructions and operate under the direct authority of the Data Controller.

 

User’s Rights

User is entitled at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them and be informed of their contents and origin, verify their accuracy, or else request that such data be supplemented, updated or rectified (Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).

Moreover, Article 7 allows user to request erasure, anonymisation or blocking of any data that is processed in breach of the law as well as to object in all cases, on legitimate grounds, to processing of the data.

Art. 7. Diritto di accesso ai dati personali ed altri diritti

1. L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere la conferma dell’esistenza o meno di dati personali che lo riguardano, anche se non ancora registrati,
e la loro comunicazione in forma intelligibile.

2. L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere l’indicazione:

a. dell’origine dei dati personali;

b. delle finalità e modalità del trattamento;

c. della logica applicata in caso di trattamento effettuato con l’ausilio di strumenti elettronici;

d. degli estremi identificativi del titolare, dei responsabili e del rappresentante designato ai sensi dell’articolo 5, comma 2;

e. dei soggetti o delle categorie di soggetti ai quali i dati personali possono essere comunicati o che possono venirne a conoscenza
in qualità di rappresentante designato nel territorio dello Stato, di responsabili o incaricati.

3. L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere:

a. l’aggiornamento, la rettificazione ovvero, quando vi ha interesse, l’integrazione dei dati;

b. la cancellazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione di legge, compresi quelli di
cui non è necessaria la conservazione in relazione agli scopi per i quali i dati sono stati raccolti o successivamente trattati;

c. l’attestazione che le operazioni di cui alle lettere a) e b) sono state portate a conoscenza, anche per quanto riguarda il loro
contenuto, di coloro ai quali i dati sono stati comunicati o diffusi, eccettuato il caso in cui tale adempimento si rivela impossibile
o comporta un impiego di mezzi manifestamente sproporzionato rispetto al diritto tutelato.

4. L’interessato ha diritto di opporsi, in tutto o in parte:

a. per motivi legittimi al trattamento dei dati personali che lo riguardano, ancorché pertinenti allo scopo della raccolta;

b. al trattamento di dati personali che lo riguardano a fini di invio di materiale pubblicitario o di vendita diretta o per il
compimento di ricerche di mercato o di comunicazione commerciale.
